How to request account deletion

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request - MERP Technology”.
  2. Include the app name and the email address or account identifier used to register in that app.
  3. Clearly state that you want MERP Technology to permanently delete your account and its associated data.
  4. We may ask you to verify account ownership. We will confirm by email when deletion is complete.

What will be deleted

  • Your app account and profile information.
  • Personal data associated with that account.
  • User-created content and app activity associated with that account.
  • Other account-linked data, except data that must be retained by law.

Processing time and data retention

We will process a valid deletion request within 30 days. Account deletion is permanent and is not the same as temporarily disabling or deactivating an account.

Limited records may be retained where required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Any retained data will be kept only for the period required for those purposes and then deleted.

Important

For account security, send the request from the same email address registered in the app whenever possible. If that address is no longer available, explain this in your request so we can provide another verification method.
